Hi everyone! We are Grace and Yina, the two founders of Brave Together. We started this platform when we realized the lack of support around us for children and adolescents with autoimmune diseases. What sets us apart is that we are kids helping kids, understanding what kids our generation truly needs. With an autoimmune disease herself, Grace understands what it truly means to live with a condition like this. So, from kid to kid, heart to heart, we are on a mission to make life easier for kids with autoimmune diseases.
