Brave Note 💌
We all have things we wish others understood a little better.
Brave Note is a place to share those thoughts, read what others have written, and feel a little more connected.
Each month, we’ll ask a new question about courage, identity, connection, and the things we don’t always say out loud.
This Month’s Question:Being Seen
What is something you wish people understood about you?
Leave a note, share a thought, or simply write what’s on your mind. You never know who might read it and think, “Me too!”
I wish people understood that just because my illness isn’t always visible doesn’t mean the challenges I face aren’t real.
I have an autoimmune disease not an allergy!
I wish people understood that you don’t have to experience something yourself to care deeply about it. Sometimes, listening to someone’s story can change the way you see things and that’s where Brave Together started for me!
